What types of seaweed do you export?
At Seaweed Patagonia, we specialize in exporting different types of seaweed, including red, brown, and green varieties. Each type has unique properties and applications across various industries.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 20 metric tons, which allows us to optimize logistics and maintain competitive pricing. Our clients can benefit from purchases under SPOT or CONTRACT sales terms.

How are payments handled?
We accept SWIFT transfers, irrevocable letters of credit (L/C), and escrow payments. Our goal is to make the purchasing process smooth and secure for both our company and our clients.

What certifications do you provide?
We provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA), which includes physicochemical and microbiological analysis per batch, and a phytosanitary certificate issued by the Chilean Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG). This ensures that our seaweed meets international standards.

In which languages can you communicate?
Our team communicates fluently in English and Spanish. Additionally, our website is available in multiple languages to make information and relevant documents easily accessible according to each client’s preference.

Do you offer free samples?
Yes. We can send a free sample of approximately 250 grams to the client’s office so they can evaluate the quality of our seaweed before placing a larger order.
